How can I talk with someone TODAY?
If you have a pending Foreclosure Sale and/or an URGENT need for help with your situation, you can click on any of the Referral Request Links that show up at the top of your page (after you log in). Typically, a response will come within 48 hours. If you do not have that much time, please send an email to admin@uradllc.com and the following must be done - Subject Line must read "URGENT - HELP NEEDED NOW" and in the body of the email, you must include CONTACT INFO, and the REASON for the URGENCY.
I submitted a Referral Request and nobody responded. What now?
The best part about this site is that you are dealing with real human beings (not machines) that are all located in the UNITED STATES. With that said, to err is human. We apologize in advance if this has happened and please let us know by sending an email to admin@uradllc.com and we will resend your request via a telephone call and request that they expedite their response time.
I tried everything but still have not received my password?
If you want, we can reset your password and send it to you (and then, you can log in and change it to what ever you want to). Just send an email to admin@uradllc.com and make the Subject Line "Reset my Password". One thing to keep in mind, if the problem with your password is that your Internet Service Provider is blocking our emails to you (Spam filter etc), then you will not receive your new password either.

Where are the Video Help Files?
The VHP's are being produced and edited. We apologize for not having them ready but we would rather offer the powerful tools (workout calculator etc) now as opposed to waiting for the Video Help Files. They will be up soon. In the meantime, if you REALLY NEED HELP, send an email to admin@uradllc.com and make the Subject Line "I need Help with __________ (put in the subject that you need help with)" and then in the body of the email, let us know how we can help.
Can I get Certifications to be a Certified Short Sale Realtor and/or Field Agent?
Yes. If you log in as a Realtor, the links are there. If you did NOT create a Realtor Profile and want to become a Certified Short Sale Realtor, please send an email to admin@uradllc.com and make the Subject Line of the email "Training". In the body of the email, please tell us what training you would prefer or you can get a list of available trainings.
Can I choose which documents and/or photos are seen?
Yes. When you upload a document and/or photo, it will have 3 options next to it. One to allow it to be seen on the For Sale site, one to allow it to be seen on the For Rent site and another to be seen by other USERS that you grant permissions. Each document can be assigned different viewing permissions so you can tailor what is seen by others and what is not seen.
Can I use another type of internet browser for this site?
This site was designed to work with: IE7+ Mozilla 2+ Opera Safari This site does use Pop Up windows and some Web Browsers may interfere with the Pop Ups and thus interfere with the performance. We recommend Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher.
Why didn't I receive my Password?
The password is sent to the email address that you provide. Here are some possible problems to check - Was there a TYPO ERROR when you keyed in the email address Did the Email go to your Spam Folder Have you already used that Email Address for another User Profile on this site Is your POP UP BLOCKER blocking this site's popups Possible Solutions - Check your Spam Folder, check your Junk Mail Folder, add admin@uradllc.com to your address book AND your SAFE SENDERS List, change your Internet Explorer Settings to allow popups from this site.
Can I print the Workout Calculator?
Yes, but you must first SAVE it. After it has been saved, the PRINT button will be available.
Is there a Fee for using the site?
NO. It is FREE.
How do I get my Password if I forget it?
Click on the "Have problems logging in?" button on the ORANGE bar. A pop up will ask for your email address and it will be sent to you.
Can I change my User Type (from Buyer to Landlord...or from Homeowner to Realtor etc)?
Yes and No. You cannot do it but if you send an email request to admin@uradllc.com, then the administrator can do so for you.
Why can't I use the same Email Address for a DIFFERENT log in?
The Email Address that you provide to us will become your USER NAME and is UNIQUE. If you want to log in under two or more different USER TYPES (IE - Buyer, Realtor, and Land Lord), then you will need to use a Different Email address for each one.
