In order to get CERTIFIED for each type of assignment, you will need some training. I know, it does not seem like rocket science to figure out if a house is occupied or vacant but in the MORTGAGE INDUSTRY, there are guidelines to follow. So, before anyone will request your service, they will want to that you have been CERTIFIED.

The cost of most of these trainings will be around $39.95 and can be completed AT HOME in just a FEW HOURS. Yet, some of the trainings will require a license (such as a Realtor’s License) and require LIVE TRAINING and a Certification Exam. These later trainings will cost more.
